November 1, 2021

The CCB shall provide recommendations whether manufacturers and cultivators can produce products which exceed the 30% THC cap on flower and 60% THC cap on concentrates. As well as whether the board should permit hemp or CBD to be processed into Delta-9 THC.

 

April 1, 2022

The CCB shall begin accepting license applications for Integrated Licenses holders, Small Growers, and Testing Labs.

 

May 1, 2022

Pending application approval, the CCB shall begin issuing Integrated Licenses, Small Grower licenses and Testing Lab licenses.

 

July 1, 2022

The CCB shall begin accepting license applications for Product Manufacturing (known as processing under hemp) and Wholesale.

August 1, 2022

Pending application approval, the CCB shall begin issuing Product Manufacturing and Wholesale licenses.

 

September 1, 2022

The CCB shall begin accepting license applications for Retail which will remain open for 30 days.

October 1, 2022

Pending application approval, the CCB shall begin issuing retail licenses.

March 8, 2023

Any municipality that hasn’t voted for cannabis retail, will be automatically opt-ed into the state system. Municipalities which actively voted no will not be incorporated.
